Meet Gabriel

We were moving from out of state, and I connected with Gabe online when he reached out to me while looking for houses. Gabe kept in touch even though we weren't going to move for at least 6 months to a year. And I'm so very glad he did. Gabe was and is phenomenal. He has a quiet confidence, but behind the scenes, he was working diligently to find us a house in the area we were looking to live. Gabe went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He knew what we were looking for and found it in the second house we looked at. It was everything we wanted and more. He did an amazing job negotiating with the seller, negotiating the price and credits...

We worked with Gabe long distance to find a house in the Phoenix area, coming from St. Louis, Missouri. He did virtual walk-throughs for us until we had the chance to physically move to the area. He's very knowledgeable about the area and was able to figure out early on what we liked and what we wouldn't like in our price range. He was very responsive to our many texts and emails and very accommodating to our time schedules.

I feel very lucky to have connected with Gabe. He responded to a request for a realtor in just a few hours, and later that day we were out looking a places. He knew the area well, and helped us find a place quickly, was in near constant communication with us, and helped us move the process forward with the title, our lender, etc. He helped us get answers quickly when he didn’t know them off the top of his head, itself a rare occurrence, and watched out for us on issues we didn’t even know about. Oh, and he’s a pleasure to be around, too.
